Administrative Structure at the Campus - Organogram



 

 
 
(i)                Management Team
The Campus has a five (5) member management team duly appointed by the Principal. The function of the management team is to overseer the day to-day operations of campus activities and ensure smooth running of systems in place. The list of members of the management team is presented in table 1.

The Campus has nine (09) administrative staff members duly appointed by the Principal. They provide support to the departments and handle student affairs such as applications, registration, results and others.

(iii)             Staff association
MUBS as a whole has two (2) staff associations – the academic staff association and the administrative and support staff associations. These unions are fully operational with elected executive members to drive their cause. All staff members make annual membership contributions. The associations have three mandatory meetings in a year (2 general meetings and the annual general meeting), and any other meeting that may be convened from time to time to deal will specific issues at hand. The term of office for the association leadership is 2 years as clearly spelt in their constitution.  As principle, all staff of the campus are members of these associations. The link between the MUBS main campus and campus is through a representative dully elected to represent the campus on the association leadership.
